Once a customer finds us, he or she will send us an email or call us directly to discuss our services, list of prices, payment arrangements, availability and timeline. Once agreed, Dump And Go will schedule a 20 cubic yard dumpster rental or a 10 cubic yard dumpster rental delivery to the job site.
Once the contract is signed and delivery/pickup day is set, one of our staff members will deliver the dumpster to the job site. It is important to keep in mind the place where the 10 cubic yard dumpster rental or the 20 cubic yard dumpster rental will be left since it could remain there for a short or long period of time.
Where should the 10 cubic yard dumpster rental or the 20 cubic yard dumpster rental be parked? It cannot interfere with traffic, should be close to the job site, in most cases driveways are preferable for residentials projects but if there is no space available and needs to be left directly on the street near the sidewalk a permission from HOA - Homeowners Association (if neighborhood has one), may be needed. And 50 feet away from your establishment or at least 100 feet away from the nearest door for commercial projects.
What debris should the customer put in the dumpster? It is easier to list out what not to put in the dumpster than listing every single item that can for garbage dump service
When should the 10 cubic yard dumpster rental or the 20 cubic yard dumpster rental be picked up? It depends how the arrangement was made at the time of the garbage dump service contract. But in general terms, here are the list of different scenarios:
Regardless of the different scenarios, once the dumpster is picked up, Dump And Go will need to dump the debris to the Landfill/Recycling facility near the area.
After the garbage dump service debris are disposed at the Landfill/Recycling facility if customer has already agreed to keep the 10 cubic yard dumpster rental or the 20 cubic yard dumpster rental for a longer period, staff member will deliver the dumpster again to the demolition site and repeat the process until the dumpster is no longer needed and will return the dumpster to the dumpster company for the next service dispatch. On the other hand, if the dumpster is no needed after the first disposal then it will return to the dumpster company or may go to another demolition site.
A final payment will be made after the last 10 cubic yard dumpster rental or the 20 cubic yard dumpster rental pickup. Adjustments could be made to the initial quote due to the tonnage over the limit stipulated and/or kept for more days than agreed and/or customer put in dumpster debris that should have not. At Dump And GO we accept all types of Credit Card payments, Checks, etc.
